I have been to this Tim Hortons 3 different time had bagels 4 cheeses, hardly any cheese and no taste plus it was stogie. Today, 29th, I had an everything bagel. I wish I had taken a photo because it had only about 10 seeds, only one type of seed on the top of the bagels, and it was so dry I could not swallow it without a drink. One of the staff was making donuts with no gloves on. Service is very slow. Time to STOP going to Tim Hortons

Probably one of the worse Tim’s locations I’ve been to. The service is alright and the staff are friendly, but whoever is in the kitchen needs retraining. I’ve had both undercooked and overcooked hashbrowns, but yet to get an ideal one. Have also gotten stale bakery items (in the morning), and just poorly prepared food items.

The barista was having a bad day, maybe cause she was by herself and super busy. She was snappy and grumpy but caught herself. I can relate.

Staff is great. The noise from students is appalling . Especially the language and profanity . Not a great place to have quiet coffee and relax or to take small

Walked in and sat down a few times , but mostly go through drive thru. Clean and tidy inside, didn't use washrooms, so don't know what they look like ? Drive thru is better than any other Tim's in CR. It's way more efficient to get in and out !

Went through the drive through and the service was great but the food wasn't so great.I ordered soup, cream of broccoli and it was super clumpy/lumpy and no utensils( kinda hard to eat anything especially soup without any utensils)Vegetarian options: There's lots of veggie options unfortunately they don't make the veggie sandwich anymore?Dietary restrictions: They're pretty accommodating if you have allergies etcParking: There's a big free parking lotKid-friendliness: They're Tim bits are perfect little munchkin sizedWheelchair accessibility: They have wheel chair access

Not impressed. The newer Timmies in Smiths Falls ON should be a model for the chain.
Whenever it's not peak hours you can expect to wait up to five minutes for service at an empty counter. All the employees seem to be overworked with the drive through and unable to handle the front counter at the same time. Even worse there is no rootbeer. This is not an employee issue, they are kind people doing their best.

Horrible service. Their staff is so stupid they don't understand the difference between no sauce and extra sauce. Next time it happens I'll be throwing the food at the person making it and took the order.

I hate coming to this store, the young (male) greeter on drive through at 2:50pm on Sunday was very rude, no hello, welcome to Tim Hortons or any of that… and then at the window he mocked me as I drove away. Things like this start at the top with lousy management.

Great friendly staff always pleasant. However on more than one occasion now. We have sat in the window bench seats and been subject to unacceptable profanity. Generated from the same after school group of teens. Swearing and cursing without any care to the customers around them. Note I had been going to bring my grandson by for a treat. But will not expose him to this immature and disgusting sitting environment. More over I will be following up with either the manager who was not available or the owner...Stewart Anderson
