Friendly staff who are happy to please and a delicious "Farmer's Wrap" with coffee! Our table and seats were were wiped down and the washrooms are kept clean and tidy. 👍
The washrooms were disgusting at 7am. If the staff use these toilets, think about them returning from the washroom and then cooking/serving your food!
Great spot that still makes a point to hire local I've noticed. Only complaint would be when they get busy they seem to prioritise drive through and Mobil orders over people who are physically standing in line. Wait time in store can be quite substantial anytime after 830am. Also the staff is courteous and polite, for the most part.

Tim Hortons provides friendly service and a lively atmosphere, with staff who remember customers' orders and vehicles. The coffee and iced Capps are consistently good, and the drive-thru is efficient, making it a convenient choice. The location features a window bar with a great ocean view, adding to the pleasant experience. However, some customers have noted issues with disorganization, such as delays at the drive-thru, and the chili being very soupy, which was unusual. The staff can sometimes have difficulty communicating clearly, and at times, coffee may not be hot enough, requiring a return. One staff member, Asia, stands out for her warm, personalized service and quick, friendly care, making visitors feel genuinely welcome and valued. Overall, the experience can be better than other locations in the area, especially when service is smooth and attentive.
