Friendly staff who are happy to please and a delicious "Farmer's Wrap" with coffee! Our table and seats were were wiped down and the washrooms are kept clean and tidy. 👍
The wait times for this drive through and picking up food in store have increased by at least 10 times in the last 3 months. We spent 15 minutes just going from the back of the drive through line to get out. This is certainly the slowest drive-thru in Campbell River.

The staff can sometimes have difficulty communicating clearly, and at times, coffee may not be hot enough, requiring a return. One staff member, Asia, stands out for her warm, personalized service and quick, friendly care, making visitors feel genuinely welcome and valued. Overall, the experience can be better than other locations in the area, especially when service is smooth and attentive.
