“I have to give a huge shoutout to an employee by the name of Sarah for consistently providing some of the friendliest and most efficient customer service I’ve experienced! She has always gotten my order perfectly, with no mistakes, and manages to be incredibly fast and efficient despite huge line-ups.
Her smile is genuinely contagious, and she is such a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. Even during the busiest rush hours, Sarah makes a point of checking in and making sure customers in the lineup haven’t been forgotten. That extra bit of attentiveness really makes a difference! It seems that Salve, the manager, must be doing a great job at keeping a positive workspace. 😊🙌“

“I ordered two wraps, one coffee, and one tea.
The tea wasn’t made according to the order initially, but the staff acknowledged it and offered to remake it right away. It’s rare these days to see people recognize a mistake and promptly act on it, which I really appreciate.
Both wraps were freshly made to order and better than most Tim’s wraps I’ve had before. One of them was a breakfast wrap, which they still kindly served even though we were a little past the breakfast time.
Overall, great service and attentive staff.

“*DID YOU KNOW: all of their croissants are baked in a Nordic oven which, is why they’re slightly darker and more crunchy. Aaaand, did you know that their pastries are all true sourdough which has been fermented for four days before they develop the pastries?🥐 ☕️ They don’t offer syrup, because they’re Nordic coffee shop not American style. This place is unique. Honestly, I had no idea and, this just makes us place even more special!“
