Great coffee, great service. Nice place to chill!
I love Serious Coffee for its coffee but also its pleasant and competent staff who always have a smile and a cheerful word. They go the extra mile to help customers, and do a phenomenal job! Plus, the place is always clean with plenty of comfortable seating.
I ordered a dark coffee. The coffee is a very dark roast and very flavourful. No bitterness that lots of dark coffees have.

Serious Coffee Campbell River is a cozy spot in Willow Point with a warm atmosphere and beautiful artwork on the walls, created by local artists. The menu offers many options, and the interior is relaxing and inviting. Customers enjoy sitting there to get some work done or meet friends for lattes, which are often praised for their quality, such as the caramel macchiato. The microfoam on drinks is often described as lovely. While some staff may forget to add syrup flavors or have inconsistent service, the location is considered the nicest Serious Coffee on the island, with a comfortable environment and impressive art. Despite occasional issues with dairy-free drinks and flavor lacking in some options like chai and Tumeric rooibos latte, many visitors find it a great place to relax and enjoy a good coffee.
