“If you're looking for a great meal between Courtenay and Campbell River, Mattone Italian Kitchen is a good choice. Nice room, great food. Minimalist architecture and unobstructed ocean views makes for a relaxed vibe. We had the tuna appetizer and the seafood linguine. So good. The pasta was perfectly cooked, as was the seafood. The chef personally greeted us at the door and took us to our table (nice). And dinner was great!“

“Stopped in for a blizzards on February 27th around 8:30 pm, staff were super friendly in the drive thru and engaged (actually asked how our evening was going! 😊) We've noticed the last few times we've been here the blizzard treats are amazing with tons of candy in them and the ice cream is nice and thick! “Incredibly nice experience yesterday morning, I ordered a breakfast meal through the drive thru and when I went to pay realized my card had expired and did not have any cash on me.
