“It's a fast food chain so the food is the same as all other A&W's. The difference is the staff. They are kind and courteous and if you go there often enough (like me), they know you by name and sometimes what you ordered the last time they served you. That's pretty good customer service when they deal with hundreds if not thousands of people a day.

If you have a doggie, don't forget to order a 'pup pattie'. It's an unseasoned Pattie available in small, medium and large. Your vet may not thank you but your dog will.“

“Our experience in Fluid was great. We ordered fluid burger and the mushroom and bacon fettucine (although the fettucine is pretty much has similar taste to other restaurants, nothing really special) but the burger was really tasty! The poutine is just ordinary like the others. Also they were nice to give us extra glass with salt and lime on it to share with each other of their "special drink of the day" we ordered. Overall the experience was really good. The atmosphere was cozy and the servers were very friendly. Good location too.
