Honestly, I have no idea why I even bothered giving this wendys another 2 chances. The quality of food is not the best anymore. The service is so so BAD as well. This Wendy’s will never be as good as it used to be.

We have gone there multipe times and gotten drive through food to take home and each time these past 4 times our orders have been horrid. We don't live very far so our food shouldn't be ice cold and taste old. We ordered 6 Jr bacon cheese burgers with 3 sm fries, 4 frosties a baconator meal, snack size frosties, and a chicken strip meal.... to no surprise we were missing items - out of the 6 Jr bacon cheese burgers we recieved 2, out of the 4 frosties we recieved 3, our BACONATOR had NO bacon and the fries were cold old tasting and just yucky, as were the other 3 small fries we ordered, our chicken strips (adult meal) we recieved 2 strips and the fries with that meal were not even half full, and again all the fries were cold, old tasting, and yuck, as mentioned about the fries, all the food was cold and tasted old.This isn't the first time in this past 2 month span of going there. I suggest either getting new employees or closing your doors. Absolutely disgusting. After today we will no longer go there. Guess that's what happens when some uhm ppl ?? come to ?? and tak..nevermind....

Over priced, trying to copy other companies for rates at busy times saying it just penny's at busy times but you let them get away with it they will raise prices and will be are own fault. Just say NO fricken way...!!!!!!!!

The team working at 9pm on Family day was friendly and order was hot and correct. Had to leave this review because of the other reviews that were so horrible. Especially the ones commenting on no one speaking English. So rude. I sure appreciated these workers being one of the only places open late on Family day for a warm meal as an out of town guest to Campbell River.

The food was all right but we were asked to pull out of the drive thru and wait so that they could take there sweet time with the food and still claim fast drive thru time while I had a 20 minute wait for two

Super slow if you're ordering in.The staff seems to be hanging out half the time and talking to the delivery drivers while my food is getting cold.Food is decent when it's not cold.

I must say that my visits to Wendy's is not very frequent. However on more than one occasion. A young man serving at the counter demonstrates extremely high customer service. Very attentive to all customers at the counter. Despite being a very fast pace and busy atmosphere. A quick check with the manager. Expressed the front desk fellow as "Ben". Thank you Ben for your excellent high service. The no mayo guy with the allergy.
