Wendy's is a welcoming restaurant with a friendly team that provides exceptional customer service. The staff, including a standout cashier, create a fun and warm atmosphere, making guests feel right at home. Even in a busy environment, the team remains attentive and efficient, ensuring the food is always hot and correct, which leaves customers satisfied. Wendy's is one of the few places open late, making it a great option for out-of-town guests. The staff go above and beyond, with employees checking in with diners and holding the door open for customers. While some food items have received mixed reviews, the Chili game is noted to be on point. Overall, Wendy's offers great food and a pleasant dining experience, and recent improvements in speed and staff happiness have been recognized.
