Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, the waffles are sooooo good! I'm so glad I had been camping this last week and could eat two servings in one sitting coz I was so torn between Sweet and savory. I had the west coast Belgian waffle and a build thought own strawberries with whipped cream. I am so satisfied ❤️! I recommend for sure ?

Wet your whistle and your waffle at the Whistlin’ Waffle in Campbell River - with plenty of variety and choice of waffle, have one of their signature creations or make your own! The choice is yours, and abundant. I had the strawberries and cream on a Brussels waffle, piled high with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, powdered sugar and vanilla ice cream! The lady had their mango burst, appropriately named as it too was piled high with mango pieces, powdered sugar, whipped cream and mango ice cream! 10/10 would scour the corners and holes in walls for a delectable, sweet, golden early morning treat! Stay hungry my friends.
It was our first time visiting Whistlin' Waffle and we loved it. The avocado eggs Benny on a waffle was incredible. Everything tasted so fresh and high quality. It's a nice, relaxed atmosphere with great service. Can't wait to go back!

Wow! Absolutely amazing food! I live and brunch in Victoria so this was a great surprise in Campbell River. And unsweeted waffle fresh with bennies awesome idea! Dinner feel but food is comfy and modern twist. Took the Monty Monty, was starving but had a boxed left over.. .fruit sub for hash well priced. Soft bennies were perfectly soft handmade/ no molded rpubd weird shape. Waffle amazing ? Iced coffee reasonable price, was on the sweet side but they kindly added more coffee and it balanced it. Plus you can get bubble tea in the morning rather than night!! Got a peach-mojito black tea with pearls.
Amazing food and staff , they were busy kind but not overwhelmed ! I will be back!

4 of us had breakfast here en route to Nainamo. All food freshly cooked and beautifully presented. I had the West Coast with avacado as an extra and my waffle on the side. Husband had the 2patties, 2 bacon and 2 poached eggs, Son had the chicken waffle and his partner had the West Coast too. All absolutely delicious! Drip coffee refills too. I can heartily recommend this place. Staff very helpful. Thank you.
