Visited this location twice while in Canada for a hockey tournament. Honestly, I enjoyed it more than the A&W's at home in WA state. Service was great, the atmosphere was friendly, and some of the Canada specific menu items impressed my 14 year old.
Was there with my boyfriend on 17th October around noon, drunk guy came and started harassing us and started saying lots of things and provoking my boyfriend to fight him and then pushed him. Staff just stood there abd watched everything and didn’t say a word to him about getting out. Manager came out after 3-4 minutes and said “ohh I missed the drama” rather than doing something about the situation. Very disappointed.

I went in to place a order and got the supervisor to server me , extremely rude no sense how to talk to customer asked for a burger. She talked rudely to me told me I can’t get separate things have to say combo first.She was overwhelmed, hopefully she change her behaviour and be little nice next time .
