if you're lactose intolerant and trying to order something without cheese. you have to really confirm that with them cause this is like the 3rd time ive ordered something without cheese and it comes covered in it :(

The food and coffee here was not very good. The sandwiches and ingredients were very bland, the coffee was watery and non-flavourful and the ingredients seemed to be very cheap and non-spiced. I don’t usually review restaurants but was very surprised by this restaurants star rating.

Although it is located in a strip mall across from the Canadian Tire, this cafe feels cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly.
They offer a wide variety of breakfast options. We had a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast muffin, both of which were excellent. They also serve NUMI tea, which is one of our favorites.

Ordered the pizza melt and it came to me with all the veggies raw and the pita so hard I had to give it to my friend. They had no soup and no salads. I understand they were busy earlier but you need to make more food. Extremely disappointing.

I happened to be on a morning power walk when I came across this place on a Saturday-, to be honest, I didn't even know it was there --I had never even heard of it before I walked in -- But I decided to try and went in and ordered the quinoa protein bowl and amazing freshly made matcha tea latte -- I could not believe how fresh and exceptional the food was; the atmosphere and seating were lovely. I have not been disappointed every time I've gone in since--love the little outside patio thing too-- It's just too bad they don't even advertise more because it's a unique and very classy place for Castlegar If you want (clean food) eating choices this is the place to be -not a single disappointment!
We made a quick stop here on our way to Salmo. We had seen an older menu online so we ordered a tofu wrap. They told us they didn’t have that but had no problem making one up for us! It was absolutely delicious. Perfect mix of sweet and savoury. Their coffee is delicious as well. Amazing customer service! We will be back next time we are in the area for sure! no photos because we ate everything too quickly!!

Great little breakfast joint it was the only one that was open at 7 that wasn't a fast food place. The lady that worked there did a great job and the price was great as well
I always enjoy coming here! The atmosphere is set beautifully by spot lights, natural light, and soft music, as to compared to a random pop playlist thrown on at other establishments.
The staff are always sweet and understanding! Not to mention the drinks and food are nothing less than amazing. I’d especially recommend their Breakfast Bagel!
