Now I remember why I haven’t been to a BP in a decade….
Server was kind but service was slow as molasses! Restaurant was filthy with old a few chewed gum stuck on the underside of the table and the floor was dirty with food and garbage nobody cleaning it up. $12 for 5 and a 1/5 dinky deep fried pickle pieces, $21 for a “make your own pasta” consisted of cold pizza topping vegetables in a tomato sauce that was bland as ever, husband ordered the Boston lasagne and said it was bland.
Yeah, not going to be returning 😿

The Boston Royal Pizza was my fav. but the last few times it has been getting worse, just burnt crust on my last one Dec 23/ 25 , it was a take out order , I reached out thru the BP survey but got no reply so far > than one week ago , I wish this Castlegar store could keep consistent kitchen staff , the servers there are great, long time employees , I have had great pizza in the past but now it is so changed . I hope this gets thru and they can take the time to make good pizza again .

I had a bug in my drink and the server kind of laughed about it which was super uncool; service is usually not great unless you get Marcus (he is always a gem). Drinks are kind of pricey and half the time not made correctly. Overall last time I went I just wanted to cry.

We were left to wait so long. At least 2 tables that arrived after us left before us and we were still there 1.5 hours after our arrival and still waiting to wrap up which took 10 more minutes.

Diego was awesome, he's been looking after me and the crew for the last couple of nights. He's quick, funny, and just a great guy to be around. Food was great cheif kept the food coming even tho we came in late. I appreciate everyone that stayed late to feed us!!
Food was great but the service was a bit off. I ordered tea and a glass of water with my meal. The water didn’t come. I ordered it again and finally got it after I had finished my meal. Then, I paid the bill thinking it was a bit more expensive than it should have been. My wife checked and realized the waitress had charged us for someone elses meal, $35 more than it should have been. Pretty crappy service!

This is usually our go to for pizza. This is no longer the case. Two things.
This is now the second time we have ordered double meat and paid for it. However when we got home there was NO double meat. This is two months apart that this happened.
Second.. ordered a bbq chicken with veggies and not sure what I bit into but whatever it may be, is simply nasty!! Not an onion and not chicken. Gross!!!
Pizza bread was decent but overprice. Both pizza bread and dip for $14!!!
Management is polite to deal with to try to solve issues. Kitchen staff need to work on making orders right and not tossing nasty garbage on pizzas.
