Drinks were decent, pizza was not up to previous expectations. Pasta was rubbery,mechanically formed meat chunks were as good as that kind of meat can be! Overall completely ridiculous pricing for Dennys quality food. Staff was super friendly!Kid-friendliness: Perfect for picky kids ! Not overly healthy options. But you don't go to Boston pizza to have salad.

We went there on a Saturday night for supper, which was likely our biggest mistake. The place was packed, and there were not very many servers. It took us 10 mins to get our first drinks, another 20 mins for the waitress to take our order, and then another 15 mins after our first drinks were done and we had to flag her down to order more drinks while we waited for our food. Finally our meals came. They all turned out well and fine. I feel sorry for the servers. They were run off of their feet. Do not go here for a nice relaxing meal on a Saturday night. It was as hectic as can be!

Honey mustard and no tomatoes. I've never had a better experience at any other restaurant. This has everything to do with our server, Markus. His wit and charisma were well met with our personal senses of humour. Overall, the food was good, but the service was impeccable. Thank you for being our 5th wheel on date night, Markus, and for all the laughs! Will only eat here again if you're working ??

My husband and I decided to try Boston Pizza for lunch, despite some friends' warnings against it. I ordered a "make your own" pasta with shrimp, mushrooms, and Alfredo sauce, but found the noodles' texture, the smell of the dish, and its taste disappointing. Meanwhile, my husband ordered for a buffalo chicken pizza, which he found to be average or below average in taste. The lemonade he ordered was good enough. The service was good, as well. Overall, we don't plan on returning unless we have to.

Worst processed crud around. Pizza was saltier than licking a salt shaker…..wth……overpriced drinks to wash the salt down, don’t even offer you water.

It's Boston Pizza, so I never expect much, but recently we've definitely noticed cost cutting measures and issues with the overall chain. It's probably unfair to put this on a specific franchise as the service has been great.We usually order delivery, mostly when we run out of reusable containers. We always appreciated that Boston Pizza provided reusable plastic containers for their take out. They don't do that anymore and you now get the standard single use aluminum containers.The portions of their desserts were recently reduced quite substantially. I called to see if they accidentally sent me the wrong order, but they informed me that their desserts come pre-sliced and that yes, they also noticed a reduction in size (still same price though).And finally, their website never allows me to order delivery and I need to call my order in everytime. It's super annoying and hasn't worked properly in months.I hate to rag on the franchise owner as I'm sure they're trying to run the business as best they can, but their greedy corporate overlords are not being fair to them.

Visited here while at a youth ice hockey tournament. Had planned on just getting pizza, but saw and went with the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Glad I did, because it was great. My son and his teammates enjoyed their food, as did my wife and the other parents present. I'd eat here again next time we are in Canada.
