The last 2 out of 3 times that I was told to "pull ahead while we wait on fries" they completely forgot about me and everyone parked beside me until someone went inside to complain. I've truly never experienced such a level of repeated incompetence. - Dec 14th 1:30pm

I come in every weekday morning for coffee, and the early morning team is always a pleasure to speak with. You get what you get with McDonald's, but I have to rate high based on my average experience. Thank you for the 4:40am coffees and good chats!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Went to the counter to order. At least 5 staff members were visible in the kitchen and none were looking to see if customers were in need of service at the counter. Several calls into the kitchen and the manager finally took my order but then walked back into the kitchen to continue talking with her employees, completely ignoring that there was a second customer in line behind me. After yelling into the kitchen again for a few minutes trying to get someone’s attention the manager finally came back out to help the second customer.

Who ever owns this location needs to fire the manager and the entire team and start again.

The food was put together in a rush clearly cuz the lettuce wasn't even in my bun, it took 25 mjns to gk through the drive through and I was the second car in line! The first car got what appeared to be a muffin probably 25 mins after we pulled uo behind them, then I only ordered a coffee and 1 burger, I get waiting for fresh chicken or fries but my burger was cold and sloppy, the coffee wasn't stirred and the wait time was longer than anyone should have waited, in very disasappoineted and I probably won't be going back through the drive through

Very Bad Experience always.
I ordered a McChicken meal, but the fries were cold. The customer service was lacking; the staff showed no smile, made no eye contact, and seemed as if they were doing me a favor. Simran was a attendant.

Came into the restaurant for dinner, I have been driving for quite a while and needed restroom. I went to door, and they have a code due to vandalism (fair), so I'm doing the "dance" at the counter to wait patiently for code, and someone who goes to the door and turns around, the one employee who watched me do the same walks up and gives him the code.
I cannot support a buisness that doesn't respect lines or just people in general.
Management should teach employees to not just cater to whomever they choose.
Lost a customer at this location.
Can't answer many of these questions, as I feel service was horrible, and I just won't support the crew/restaurant that will make people who were there first and obviously in need of the bathroom wait. Was it entertainment for the employee to watch me uncomfortably standing there? Not happy.

Do no go to this establishment during the weekend. I did a drive thru order and they asked me to wait in the reserve parking for my order which is fine. 20 mins went by nobody came out.. finally an employee did and he did not have my order. Tried to go in and get my money back or to see about my order. No one even acknowledged me behind the counter. I gave up and drove away.. the weekday staff are much better and more organized. Will not be going back anytime soon after this..

It took the staff 15 minutes to make me a medium decaf coffee with 2 cream. 12 food orders went out around me while I waited. Not 1 person acknowledged me until I rose my voice. This is disgusting! Never again!

Most of the staff don’t know what they are doing. None of them ever made my coffee right. And when we complain about it they always put extra sugar to show their anger
