The Starbucks in Safeway, Castlegar may very well be the best we’ve been to yet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It seemed as though two employees were being trained by a third. And the ‘boss’ was so patient and amazing with the employees and us. Funny and personable are an understatement. Best stop on our road trip!
Love the team members at this Starbucks! Lin is an exceptional barista. I always feel welcome when she knows what I want before I hit the counter to order. It’s not often that you felt ‘seen’ at a coffee shop and appreciated for your patronage. I just wish I could tip!!

Awesome Customer Service! I didn’t love the way my drink tasted so they offered to remake it for me! The staff here is always so friendly and quick.
