I ordered a rice bowl and later found out they are now protein bowls and they are supposed to come with the corn and beans with fresh salsa and they never informed me about the changes, the sauce were watered down and they put like no veggies in the bowl.

Horrible service, forgot to ask if we wanted multiple things, forgot to add things they should’ve to both rice bowls, veggies were old and on top of that the sauces used were watery and tasted like it too. Do not recommend! worst subway I’ve been to.

Someone pulls into drive-thru and their helped instead waited over 10mins...not impressed walked out won't be using that store again.

I ordered through the app and accidentally ordered to this location instead of one in another town as this was my saved location in the app. I called the establishment to have my order cancelled, the man on the phone was very rude, and told me I could not cancel over the phone and had to cancel through the app, which is untrue. You are not able to cancel through the app, you are supposed to call the location to cancel. I told him that I can’t cancel through the app, and he cannot cancel the order. I told him not to make the food as I cannot pick it up, he said ok, then hung up. I reached out to Subways customer service email online, no one has emailed me back and it has been 3 weeks. Horrible rude customer service, worker did not know their own policies. Never got a refund either.
Service is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and attentive. This restaurant has the best ambiance.

You're bringing religion into the workplace, and I have no reason to come back. If you don't want to serve kinds of meats because it's against your religion to eat it, then don't eat it yourself. We are the ones who want it, you don't need to force your opinions onto us. Really unimpressed. Been supporting this place for years, and I put it past your staff how unprofessional and rude they are on a regular basis, but I will never be returning to your location again. Business isn't about what you want, it's about providing a service to others, you failed.

I go to subway often as my daughter really likes it for a quick lunch on the go. All other subways in the area sell kids packs. A small kid sized sandwich, apple juice box and a cookie it’s usually around 6$
When I decided to go through the drive through they insisted they didn’t sell kids packs anymore and I told her I just ordered one from trails subway the other day but apparently their store does not… she told me I had to order a 6 inch so I did but I don’t purchase a drink or cookie. She then changed the price of the 6 inch to a kids pack price ? Absolutely horrible ! Every fast food chain has a kids pack. Funny thing is if I ordered her a kids pack I would have ordered something for myself too. Too bad I will not ever be returning.
