The Kimchi-fried rice was good and even better the next day. It was marked as "spicy" but really wasn't. The portion was very large and the presentation was very, very nice. Service was friendly, but slow. There were only four table occupied in the middle of the afternoon and the server would only interact with one table at a time (no checking on other tables as he passed.)
Great food, the selection of rolls is especially good. When we went it was super busy but we were able to get a table although service was slow. Everyone enjoyed their food, but don’t go if you are in a rush.
I was there last year with my friend and the service sucked but the food was good. So, with the Pandemic and turnover rates in Fernie, I thought I'd give it another try since the food is authentic Japanese. I ordered the Spicy Seafood Udo. Man, is it ever good!
