I work in Trail quite often and typically eat here at least twice a week when I’m in town but today was the last time. The food and service have STEADILY declined over the last six months. $27 for an undercooked burger and lukewarm coffee and not even an acknowledgment or thanks for coming in…there are far better places to eat in Trail and the surrounding areas.

Went for wing night was very disappointed. They clearly precook their wings and heat them in the oven when ordered which leads to them being over cooked and very very tough. I only ate one of the 2 orders of wings I ordered. I turned down a box to go when offered and the waitress didn’t ask if everything was ok with the wings or offer to take them off the bill. I was disappointed to pay for a lb of wings that I didn’t eat when the first lb was barely edible. I didn’t feel the service was attentive enough. Had to wait a long time for our bill. The warm bottle of water we were given tasted chlorinated. I realize it’s Trail water but serving it cold or filtered would make a big difference. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I won’t be back (I.e 3 stars instead of less) I just won’t order the wings again.

Brewery staff are outstanding, the menu is absolutely delicious, and the beer is fantastic! Tailout is a must-go location, and the perfect addition for downtown Trail.

Came in and was told by a server I can sit anywhere as it wasn’t very busy. Sat for almost 10mins and not one server came to offer me a menu or get an order of a beverage to start. I left and they were all still converged behind the bar. Used to like it (good svc) when it was TBR but this new Tailout appeared to not care and svc was bad for me on the get go. Won’t be coming back to this place anytime soon! They just lost a customer…

Was @ the New Tailout Brewing in Trail, last Wednesday. Had their special, fish & chips. If you know me, you know I’m not easy to please, when it comes to food. This fish & chips was the best I’ve had !! The service was exemplary. Definitely worth the visit & Will be going back.

Bathrooms are spacious, display local art for sale, and the light turns on automatically when you enter. The sliding wooden doors are a bathroom rarity and I always appreciate a classic latch lock. Definitely wipe the wing sauce off your fingies before heading to the bathroom to avoid a saucy lock situation
