Scoops by the Sea is a favorite family stop after biking, offering the best Chocolate Peanut Butter and Lemon Cream Delight. Despite being a small shack, the homemade ice cream is fantastic. The young man running the cash provides fantastic service and a plethora of awesome flavors. The ice cream is perfectly creamy, not overly sweet, and served in great waffle cones. A must-visit spot, especially for ice cream lovers.
