They royally screwed up on my order didn’t apologize. I ordered a bento box with two sushi. The California roll and the BC roll with noodles and tempura 3 prawns. I got BC rolls with spring rolls and rice when I called back they said that they would refund me for my spring rolls, I did not want a refund. I wanted my food. I ate what I could very disappointed probably won’t ever go Back to this one! I ate at the one in Dawson Creek and it was great, very good and considerate so it’s the people that you have in the store that has ruined it.

Decent tasting Asian food. Basically Asian fast food, but not for the sushi platter. Expect some wait time if you order sushi as they still have to roll it on the spot as per order basis. Their bubble tea is pretty decent and their price is quite reasonable.

Iconic chain Edo Japan finally made it to Chetwynd. With tough competition across the street from New Tokyo Sushi, Edo still holds up as a slightly cheaper alternative. Located at a very convenient location situated in the middle of Dominos and Subway, and right by a gas station, Edo is a good place to stop for a quick meal. Good tasting food at a good place. Atmosphere inside the building is also great; bright and vibrant.

It's a quaint little restaurant considering the area. It's one of the nicer places to get a meal.

Nice clean restaurant, typical of the chain for food & atmosphere. Service was good, with workers happy & smiling.

Parking: With 3 fast food restaurants in the same building & a small parking lot, dinner time can be congested. At least there's some street parking available too along the access road.

Counter and kitchen staff were wearing masks around their chin and only lifted them up once they saw my mask. This is not the first time I've reviewed them negatively for the same issue. If your staff can't be trusted to follow simple health procedures like wearing a mask (no different than wearing a hat or a sock), they certainly cannot be trusted to follow the complex sanitizing procedures a kitchen requires.Reply to Edo response: my previous complaint was regarding the management not wearing a mask in the dining area when people weren't even allowed to dine in. Pardon me if "telling the management" doesn't garner any trust at all from me.
