My server was Ann, and she was one of the sweetest and most helpful Tim Hortons employees I have ever had. She delivered our items to us at the table we were sitting at waiting for our order (a large one), without us asking, had good conversation and was an all-round pleasure to deal with.
Jessica was amazing when taking my order through the drive thru, she was very friendly and patient when I was ordering! such an amazing worker! I never felt rushed in anyway! and she had a smile the whole time:)
This mornings staff were incredibly arrogant with the order taking to the final delivery, it seems these people don't believe in looking at you as they hand you your order, from the bag of sandwiches to the drinks, (hot coffee), both the servers man and women thought they could continue there conversation with each other without the standard...
