Booster Juice is a popular spot known for its excellent customer service and friendly staff. Customers are often greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. One reviewer praised Aizah for her kindness and helpfulness while navigating the Booster Juice app, highlighting the positive interactions with staff. The store is well-kept and clean, with some customers noting it as one of the cleanest locations they've visited. However, there have been instances of poor service, such as customers being left unattended and not acknowledged by staff, which led to a less friendly experience. Despite this, many still find the smoothies good and appreciate the fast service, especially from the owner and his wife, who are noted for their patience with customized smoothie orders. Overall, Booster Juice remains a reliable choice for smoothies and generally good customer service, with some room for improvement in attentiveness.
