Booster Juice

I walked into the Booster Juice at Eagle Landing in Chilliwack, B.C. Immediately greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Aizah, the employees, began to take my order and she helped me navigate through my Booster Juice app. She was very kind, helpful and personable. I really enjoyed our conversation. The world needs more people like her. Thanks!

First off the worker showed up 5 minutes past open time then locked the doors behind them as if they weren’t already late finally after waiting 15 minutes with the door still locked I decided to take it into my own hands and knock on the door then they opened the door, only to find out halfway through making my smoothies that the machine was broken. Worker did not even attempt to fix it instead decided to stare at it then walk away to come back a minute later to ask if I have cash. Worst experience ever, super unprofessional.

The owner and his wife (I think) were opening and made my smoothies. They were fast, patient with my family's heavily customized smoothie orders and very polite. 😂

rude workers. the girl barely even acknowledged me. she didn’t speak at all which made it even more uncomfortable and awkward. seems like she hated her job.

Terrible service, we went in at 7pm they closed at 9pm. My husband asked how the employee was doing she said rudely they are closing soon and she has to clean. My husband acknowledged that the door said 9pm but she did not care.

Staff very unfriendly what a disappointment

Sadly this is the worse service out all of chilliwack. Every time I go in they are not friendly at all and they don’t even want to be there. I never feel welcome. So not going back there again. There’s 2 other booster juice stores in chilliwack and they are waaaay better and will serve you way better experience.

The smoothies are good but on 2 different visits I've been left standing there without someone coming from the back to serve us. Musics so loud I guess they don't hear the door. A different time a solo employee decided to finish there cleaning of the lobby before even acknowledging our presence. Even then not a friendly experience

Terrible customer service. Rude server. Was not helpful when ordering. Didn’t add in our booster shots while we were watching but had to pay paid for them. Refused to help on which ones were dairy free because two of the orders had a dairy allergy which later discovered they WERE NOT dairy free, besides the only drink that does not include dairy. Rude stares when I tried to be friendly and smile since she was STARING yet all she did was look away. Also for whatever reason she was annoyed that we brought up status…..You shouldn’t be working on known indigenous land if you think a few minutes is such a hassle. I really hope the owner of this franchise keeps to his word to train the server in customer service as he said he would. He was also very rude and kept sighing until I told him I could bring it up to the higher corporates if he didn’t want to help me on the phone to get it solved.

Dietary restrictions: Make sure TO WATCH when they are making your smoothies if you have a dairy or lactose problem. They didn’t leave it my moms which caused her mouth and tongue to start peeling. We tried to figure out which one was the dairy free one but they were not helpful at all. “It’s the pink one”….we all got the same one besides the very berry which is the only obvious difference.

I came in on a monday evening and was greeted with excellent customer service. The blonde girl working serviced me a extraordinary smoothie that tasted delicious and well blended. I didn’t catch her name but I’ve seen her working at this location for awhile. Place was also very clean and well kept! Big thumbs up ?

Came here to get a fresh juice at 6:21 they said they are closing early. No sign on door or website indicating it. Not impressed from lack of communication. It’s fine you are closing earlier than the stated time but put a sign at least as I walked by earlier to check the timing to avoid this issue. The worst part is they don’t close til 7pm. So really if u have a time posted to close you should be serving close to that time at least. 39 minutes not acceptable. I use to come here at least 3 times a week never again.
