The customer service from the older man who works there is quite poor. The way he talks to his colleagues is very unprofessional. I’m not sure why he’s still working there—unless he’s the boss. And if he is, I feel bad for his employees because they have to deal with his attitude.

On the other hand, the older lady who works there is really nice—she’s sweet, kind, and always pleasant to talk to.

The Filipino lady is always cheerful and fun to talk to. She works quickly and keeps a positive attitude, which makes the experience much better.

The Asian lady with glasses seems very knowledgeable and professional. She works hard, stays polite, and clearly knows what she’s doing.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received, the girl never said a word to us the entire time and rolled her eyes when we ordered and just turned her back to us. Girl if you don’t like working there quit ??

Just took along time to get service

Me and my kids prefer coming at this location during weekends for our favorite smoothies because the place is always clean, especially the washroom. The staffs are welcoming and greets us with a smile, I also appreciate them for reminding me of my Booster Juice Reward points which I am collecting. I usually order 5 or more regular smoothies either made by Aizah or Anna, I like them to do our smoothies because they never disappoint me with their speed, they are quick but never compromise on the quality or taste. My kids loves the Strawberry Sunshine. I recommend going to this location during rush hours because they can make it fast even if you have a big order.

I came in after not having booster juice for a long time. I had asked about a smoothie that I did not see it on the menu and if there was one that was similar. The employee Aizah at the counter was extremely rude and stated that she didn’t know and I just need to pick one because she was new there and didn’t know what I was talking about. She made me feel rushed to pick something. When I made my choice she did not even ask what I was paying with. Assumed it was debit and walked away, even though I had cash and she had seen it in my hand. When I went over to wait for my order she slammed my smoothie on the counter and walked away. I understand that people have bad days but I felt like I was an inconvenience when I simply just wanted a recommendation for something else . Will not be coming back

I walked into the Booster Juice at Eagle Landing in Chilliwack, B.C. Immediately greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Aizah, the employees, began to take my order and she helped me navigate through my Booster Juice app. She was very kind, helpful and personable. I really enjoyed our conversation. The world needs more people like her. Thanks!

First off the worker showed up 5 minutes past open time then locked the doors behind them as if they weren’t already late finally after waiting 15 minutes with the door still locked I decided to take it into my own hands and knock on the door then they opened the door, only to find out halfway through making my smoothies that the machine was broken. Worker did not even attempt to fix it instead decided to stare at it then walk away to come back a minute later to ask if I have cash. Worst experience ever, super unprofessional.

The owner and his wife (I think) were opening and made my smoothies. They were fast, patient with my family's heavily customized smoothie orders and very polite. 😂
