The customer service here is top tier. When we dine in, we’re sat quickly and served quickly. The food is fantastic, and we go out of our way to drive to this restaurant for sushi even though there is closer places to us. They’re kind too and have been generous!

SushiCo offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly and attentive staff providing excellent service. Food is brought out hot and promptly, often by a cat robot. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the popular Dynamite Combo and the Dinner Special for only $26. The restaurant provides a family-friendly atmosphere, making it a great spot for celebrations. The food is delicious, with beautifully presented dishes and tasty garnishes. Recent visits highlight the generous portions, including the Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Karage, and flavorful rolls. Guests particularly enjoy the fresh cuts of raw fish, with many feeling that other places offer smaller portions. The bento lunchbox is a great deal and includes salad, soup, rice bowl, salmon and tuna sushi rolls and sashimi, gyoza, and tempura. The manager was very kind, refunding a roll and giving credit for more sushi when issues arose. Some feedback suggests that better organization and more staff could improve service during busy times, and adding thicker barriers between hot foods and rolls could help keep the rolls fresh. Overall, SushiCo remains a favorite choice for Japanese cuisine in Chilliwack, offering good value for the quality of food and service in a friendly, comfortable place to eat and hang out.
