We were at a food truck event and ordered their platter. It was a bit pricey, but it offered a selection of BBQ meats to try. My favourite was the pork belly and ribs. Meat was juicy, tender, and flavourful. The price did seem a bit steep for food truck standards and the ambiance consisted of me eating out of my own car. However, I do like supporting local businesses when I get the chance to.
I dont normally eat beans, at all, I never enjoyed them.....until the beans I got with my rack platter yesterday. I think I could eat a gallon of it. The taste, it's mouthwatering, full of pleasant flavor leaving a good aftertaste. I will, somehow, some way, get this recipe!

Loooove this food!! (Late review) tried for the first time during the Albion food truck fair this year & wow! I love beans & these were next level good! The ribs were so flavourful & fall off the bone delicious. I'm craving more & I wish you had a take out option right now! I don't have FB but I'll try to keep an eye on where your truck goes next!
