Ordered food to be delivered to our table due to disability issues, finally after 15 minutes went up to the counter and wow food sitting there, burgers were wrong do had to ho back to the counter and get it fixed. Staff didn't care young girl couldn't be bothered to even say sorry.think they have new management as regular staff not there anymore and new staff is rude. And tables dirty

As I watched an employee change the garbage, then go make my food......he did not wash his hands in between duties. Absolutely disgusting 🤮 Not to mention I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to recognize I was there with the rest of the lineup. Terrible service

I would give zero stars if I could. The floor manager should be retrained on customer service. I stood there for 10 minutes because I was paying with cash, the runner absolutely ignored me like I didn't exist and then after stocking pointless things 3 times and seeing I was still standing there to pay she decided that maybe now was a good time to take my money.

Needless to say I cancelled my order and will most likely not use this mcdonalds in the future.

Worst service ever. Had to wait 10 minutes for my food as they served the walmart staff first, and then they were rude after I got my food. I would give 0 if that was available.

Five stars just for the little lady (I think manager) at the front this morning at about 8am. She was just a bright & sunny person who actively engaged all the customers standing waiting for food, spreading her very positive attitude around to us. If McDonald's needs a new customer service training person.. well here she is! I left in a far better mood than I arrived and that rarely happens when you wait for things haha. Such a wonderful representation of good service from a clearly good person. All it takes to make someone's day a bit brighter is a good attitude, and she's got it in spades.

The location is filthy and the staff is rude and lazy!
The restaurant closes 30-45 (915 - 930pm) minutes early every night and isnt fully open until, who knows.
I showed up at 735am and they didnt have any coffee or muffins available.
I remember a time when employees would start 30 minutes before opening and finish 30 minutes after close, to ensure they were operational during advertised hours.
McDonald's worldwide was built on the principle of predictable, consistent service at every location. Not true anymore.

Not worst management worst than worst management, 19 sept just my son ordered fries specially tell then make sure it's hot,
But they gave him sitting fries,that's ok not a big issue
But when we ask for hot fries big lady Manager make a worst face and touch my fries with hands saying it's hot how come you touch fries with hands without gloves and trying gave us back and asking to other people standing on counter that's a hot fries blah blah
She have to take a food safe training first
Ridiculous owner and management they not caring about customer service

Management on the evening shift here seemed a little dense did not understand the concept of their own app gave us wrong order charged us twice and was not polite at all felt pretty hostile in there zero effort in the burger that she just slopped together very disappointed and apparently I'm not the only one someone should definitely check the Management in this place what a shame
