Tip: always ask for receipt and double check your order before leaving the store at this store tents to mess up most of the time. This place sucks if i cluld rate it a 0 I would. I feel disrespected as a person and as a customer at this location. Theres a lady that works late shift and is always giving us a problem with our meals. Today my daughter ordered and the lady got the order wrong so I called and a gentleman answered and since I didnt know the story completely so I told him I would call back when I knew what happened. So I called back but I know theyre ignoring my calls intentionally because the second time I called someone answered and as soon as I said hello they hanged up and never picked up the phone. This is so rude and disrespectful. I will definitely be calling around to make a bigger complaint. So rude 0 decency.

I've been here couple times, they are mostly nice but today I met such a rude person! Took our order after 10 mins, looked like she doesn't even want to! Even rolled her eyes! Didn't even bother to ask if its for to go and at the end got frustrated when I asked for a bag. I never do such review and I know people have good and bad days but at least dont make other people feel the way that you do! I just hope that the admin would hire people with good personality in the future! I'd add image but if she reads this, she probably would know that I was talking about her. Ill try not to buy here anymore.

Ordered food to be delivered to our table due to disability issues, finally after 15 minutes went up to the counter and wow food sitting there, burgers were wrong do had to ho back to the counter and get it fixed. Staff didn't care young girl couldn't be bothered to even say sorry.think they have new management as regular staff not there anymore and new staff is rude. And tables dirty

As I watched an employee change the garbage, then go make my food......he did not wash his hands in between duties. Absolutely disgusting 🤮 Not to mention I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to recognize I was there with the rest of the lineup. Terrible service
