Love mucho burritos food but the staff at this location is repetitively not great. There disorganized and not very polite they don't seem to care about how the kitchen presents or how well the food is put togeather. The sumas location does a much better job at these things.

Everytime i visit this place, employees charge me extra for the things i don’t even ask. Last time i got charged 2$ for one extra topping and for extra cheese without asking.

I went today March 30th, just before 4 pm. The two girls working today, just want to say that they're my favorite. Super friendly and caring. Always makes our quesadillas amazing ?.Which is our favorite item from here, along with their salsas.

Originally gave 5 stars but this last visit the employee was so cheap with the ingredients. I get double meat and she put less than what is usually on the burrito without double. I asked her about it and she refused to put more and still upcharged

As noted by other reviewers, the portion sizes are laughable compared to other Mucho Burrito locations. Go to the Abbotsford location at Highstreet mall or Langley location and compare the portions. You legit get 1/2 of what the other locations give for the same price. The customer service is alright, I get they are doing their jobs but come on. They literally will give you attitude if you ask for the slightest more salsa… honestly just save your money and go to chopped leaf or something. The chicken bowl would fill me and up and I’d still have some left over… now it barely gets me full with the portion sizes. Huge downgrade over the years.
