Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered pizza last weekend for lunch for my family. Took about 2 hours to get to me and by the time it did it was cardboard hard and cold. Worst pizza I've had in a long time. When it arrived it looked like the delivery driver had the box open for some reason. No proper seal to prevent something from happening. Overall terrible service and pizza. Don't waste your time or money at Papa John's Eagle Landing.

Poor customer service. We’ve been going to this Eagle Landing location for years but due to poor customer service we won’t be back.

Long story short…on a previous order we were given a poorly made overcooked and burnt to a crisp pizza payed for with our hard earned money so we called in to let them know their mistake and were told we would get a replacement next time we were in which was nice.

Today we made another order and asked for our replacement. Girl staff member argued against and told us that because we didn’t know the name of whom we spoke with, we would not be getting a replacement. We decided due to how things were handled and how we were treated by the girl working there that we wouldn’t be wanting our other pizza order anymore and wouldn’t be back. Upon our call back to cancel our order the girl I spoke to then lied and said she tried to call back which did not happen. When we expressed that we wouldn’t be back we were met with an “OK”.

Poor customer service. Do better. Maybe try valuing your customers!

I’m giving 1 star because I called to ask if their pepperoni is 100% pork or a mixture of pork and beef. And the manager assured me it was 100% pork. Upon looking online under the nutritional information and calling other locations to confirm on the ingredients list, I called to let him know it isn’t 100% pork. He did not care and was rude and said so I guess you don’t want to order then. I don’t eat beef due to religious reasons so to call and have correct information is very important. Glad I searched further but wasn’t happy with how the phone call went

I ordered a large 'The Works" for take out. I was served by a very nice gentleman, it was rainy so he said to wait in my car and he'd bring it out to me. It was a very short wait. Pizza was deliciously hot, lots of toppings and a good crust. Thank you so much for a tasty lunch.

Ordered online 4 large pizzas as I had guests coming over. Confirmed with app. Showed up, the claimed the app didn’t come thru. Refused to offer the online deals, went home empty handed. Decided to call at home get them to deliver. Called 5x no one answered the phone.

She is super friendly and she made delicious pizza ?

As a woman who gets moody when hungry, I am severely disappointed to get cold pizza and brownies. Literally cold! I can place this pizza under my face on a hot summer night and it'll cool me down so well id be calling papa John's name in my sleep.From placing my order to receiving = 1.5hrs.I don't want to call, complain, and give them a pizza my mind. I'd rather never give them my service (abootsford location is amazing btw) and just stick to dominos. At least they wouldn't make me pay for my cold pizzaEdit: I tried this place again a little ago and decided to pick up. Guess what, I arrived on time and the pizza was just warm, not hot. They need to invest in warmers

Awesome pizza, I order the XL NY style pizza with pepperoni well done. Friendly manager and good service, Delivery is solid and food is warm. Though 10/100 pizzas will be mid and sometimes the delivery will take longer because they are low on staff. And the prices are awesome if you order on the app and use the specials! My favorite pizza in Chilliwack for sure! Though the main complaint would be the app itself and its tracking which is super unreliable.

We always seem to receive the best service and food from here. Most importantly we return because of the spirit of the owners. Prompt and always friendly.

first time trying papa johns, terrible.Ordered a large Hawaiian and boneless bbq chicken bites and it was $37 (!!!).Pizza was extremely dry, hardly any toppings. Bites were pictured as tossed in sauce, attached a photo of what we got.. brutal ?Easily the worst pizza we’ve had in years unfortunately. Like a worse dominos.Dry and expensive

Anwar is an absolute legend, pizza is phenomenal.

I had not used PJ in a while due to bad experience. I gave it a bew try and was pleasantly surprised about the friendlyness and quality. If I had a concern or special request it was managed in a appropriated way. Only issue we had , we where told we could not use the papacash for instore order ,so we needed to place it online while in the store with our phones. The internet is actually really bad in that area. Means our order was also taking ages to be processed. It would have been less hazzle if we could have used the papacash in the store witbout needing to do an online order.
