I reached out to Amy for a tradeshow I had back in April and not only was she helpful, she was super patient. The cookies were such a huge hit at our tradeshow in April, we decided to go back with Amy for another tradeshow in May.
For the tradeshow in May, the delays were tight but Amy was very accomodating. She even went the extra mile to personally deliver the cookies to the convention center to ensure they would arrive in time.
