Urban cakes accommodated my diabetic needs and didn’t skip a beat on making sure it was still delicious and beautiful. Very great full they were able to fill an order on short notice for me as it took ALOT of calling around to find a great baker. 10/10 will be calling again in the future :)
I cannot put into words how thorough this bakery is. Every step of the way with my custom cake I was actively talking with Tara to truly custom the cake I wanted to my full expectation. I ordered a custom cake for my fiancés 21st bday. Some of the things required Tara personally went out to get, and messaged me with multiple options and was very transparent about pricing and expectations with certain things. so we got our cake for my nephews birthday today. and for $90 which is atrocious already for the price of a cake but his name was spelled wrong and there were certain things that were paid for and not received and then also not reimbursed actually quite upsetting if she didn't feel that she couldn't do the requested things, she should have said something in the beginning rather than overcharged for something that she didn't do.
