About Starbucks

Starbucks offers a variety of coffee and vegetarian options. However, some customers have found the vegetarian options to be "disgusting." There have been occasions when drive-thru orders were incorrect, but the staff, including Brandon and his team, are often praised for their exceptional customer service, making sure orders are corrected and customers feel appreciated. Customers also wish for the option to put their own cream in their coffee to be added in the future. The staff's friendly attitude and cheerful smiles create a welcoming atmosphere. Service is generally fast, and the team is helpful, often going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers enjoy the friendly chat while drinks and food are prepared, and many look forward to visiting this branch again.

Starbucks at Cottonwood is the best ever, with the best staff and great service every time I am in the store. My favourite Starbucks ever, and the staff is the greatest.

I have not been to this location just sharing a coffee idea. A drink that tastes like those chocolate oranges at christmas or chocolate covered oranges at the to go snacks. Thank you !!
