You guys changed the bread size . You guys hardly put any vegetables on subs. You guys increased the prices of subs. Either a business reduces quantity or increases prices to deal with inflation but you guys did both. So why a customer really needs to pay a tip when they feel like they are getting betrayed by businesses like yours . Now someone will think oh it’s not a big deal just skip it but No I don’t wanna feel like a villain every time I go out to eat because there are people like me who eats out everyday and this is not right that they want tip for just doing their normal job. It’s not a delivery or dine in experience so stop this crap. It’s just Canada where they are shamelessly asking for tips everywhere. They don’t even provide a sanitizer but they want you to touch their dirty keypads right before you need to touch your food. Seriously just stop this tip crap and pay your employees better if that’s the reason they are asking for tips.

I went there for dine in today with my family, no customer service no manners. male employee doesn’t have a name tag on , he was swearing when I asked him to toast the pizza sub. We had very bad experience today. I won’t go back.

Seems like you don’t like your job. I was there today around 9 pm No greeting and then talking to someone else with earphones while making my sandwich. I asked for honey mustard and you poured mustard. I don’t like wasting food but i am not happy with service.

I recently visited Subway with my family and had a great experience. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, which made it comfortable to dine in. The staff were really friendly and took the time to make our sub exactly how we wanted it. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, and the sub tasted great — full of flavour and just the right balance. Overall, it was a satisfying visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

One of my favorite Subways in the area! I think its the only place where when you unwrap the sub it doesn't completely fall apart when you unwrap it. Topping are always fresh, even the tomatoes :)

Ordered a sandwich on the app yesterday and picked up in store. Got home to a horrible experience. Bread had to be at least 4 days old, all the toppings were only on one side of the sandwich, and I asked for extra onions and pickles on the order and there were no pickles at all and hardly any onions. Subway is usually pretty consistent no matter where you go but this one is horrible. Make the drive to one of the other ones in town. Not going back ever again.
