Came in with a large group this evening and the man serving greeted us with a smile and such a positive attitude. Got us all though in a timely fashion and put a smile on all our faces. Thankyou for the amazing food and fantastic service!!
The closer did not have a name tag on, but his attitude was horrible and it was obvious that he did not want to be there. He made my friend very uncomfortable and I felt reluctant to even order anything. As someone who used to work at this store, I know how it can be but never have I worked with someone who had that poor of customer service skills. His attitude has been the same every time I go and seems as there has been little to improve anything.Edit: The owner of the Subway...
