Wok Box - Chilliwack

Food is very good. Company needs improvement with the way thier apps work and with their customer service or business practices. When an app is not working and takes over an hour of the customer’s precious time on my day off I feel as though there should be compensation as a customer for my time but according to the manager on duty I should have known to be connected to a wifi network and not through 5G or cellular data even though most other businesses apps are able to function on 5G. I use many rewards programs including booster juice, red robin, Canadian Brewhouse, pita pit, Mary Browns chicken, McDonalds, Joseph Richardson group they help me earn and redeem points which helps afford treats with friends as I work a minimum wage job myself. Any other app I am able to pay and be out within five minutes and well this may have been a learning curve for me as the first time was using my birthday reward which also took an hour of my time I feel the management still could have done something to compensate as it was only my second time using this app to redeem gifts or coupons. Do not expect your customers to know that cellular data or 5G won’t work when other businesses have no issues with thier apps. Also cost me an uber ride since I missed my bus

Didn’t like the food, had not enough sauce and the food tasted super processed to the point that it tasted like chemicals, customer service was sub-par, overall very disappointed!

We had two vegan menues (vegan sweet mongolian + vegan sweet tamari). The Service was very friendly and the food just delicious.

We were regulars, until the store decided to scam us today. They sent the food in the appetizer box and not the regular box. There was 1/2C rice and not even 6 pieces of chicken. Very disgusted with this dishonesty. Charging over $20 per box and then they pull a fast one.

I see there is an option for more sauce which I should have paid for. The food was good just needed a bit more sauce.

I have worked there for 2 months and just got paid for a month. Is that fair what do you think guys?? Owner and manager are not nice to their employees. I quit my second job just because of them. Because they promised me to give enough hours. I will highly recommend you guys to not work here.

Absolutely terrible. I was so excited for my sweet Mongolian and kimchi fireballs I got for takeout. Got home only to have fireballs with almost no sauce and my sweet Mongolian, I swear they forgot the sauce because it just tastes like burnt veggies. Definitely will not be visiting this location again 😡

I finally got around to trying Wok Box and I was impressed. The broth for the wor wonton was delicious and the staff were really friendly. If you haven't tried Wok Box, I encourage you to give it a go. I know I will be back to try some of their other menu items.

Absolutely delicious! The cashew dish and Pad Thai were both packed with flavor — you can really tell the owner puts great care into using fresh ingredients and serving generous portions. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've tried many things on their menu and haven't had something I didn't like yet. Try the cheesy kimchi balls 10/10 I recommend

Honestly, one of the best ginger beef I've ever had. Highly recommend getting their ginger beef.
