I had deep fried California roll and tempura, it was epic. I recently had sushi from a different restaurant and for whatever reason it made me sick. Apparently my body won't tolerate anyone else's sushi or tempura. So, your stuck making me and my family sushi
A modern Japanese environment makes you get into the mood to have a great sushi experience. Right off the back the chef greets his guests. I ordered the style A combo which includes tempura, maki rolls, nigiri, and sumo mono salad. All were great to the taste! As a bonus the chef threw in his own maki creation. Overall if you want to have a relaxing time with a hint of a real Japanese restaurant experience this is the place in Chilliwak to go.
