I was passing through Grand Forks and stopped at the credit union and was faced with a big orange food truck called Las Chimichangas. I was surprised to find any Mexican food in the area. There were eight of us and we tried the beef, chicken, cheese enchiladas, chile rellenos dinners and chips and salsa. The salsa was fresh and chips were fried to order. Everyone was excited with the freshness and flavours. I love Mexican food and these were fantastic meals. If you are planning a trip to Grand Forks I highly recommend you find Las Chimichangas!

finally caught this guy in the elementary school parking lot in grand forks and though he was already sold out of most things, the chicken chimichanga and churro i ordered were top shelf. def gonna be hitting this fella up any time i see him again in the future, the operator, John, has a really warm and friendly vibe. be sure to ask him about the secret menu!!
