“Went for ice cream tonight and they did not call my number and let it sit there for 30 minutes. Did not replace sundae, so I ate soup and he offered to replace vanilla cone but then said there was no soft serve left. He then proceeded to get a bit out of the machine but said it didn't look nice so he put the cone in a cup and gave me a spoon. Never once did he offer to give me my money back or get help from a manager or owner. It wasn't his fault but it could have been dealt with better. I messaged them first regarding this and they read my message and never responded. I'm a local business owner and I won't be returning and will be letting everyone know about my disappointing experience there.”
