Fries and onion rings were soggy, and our burger was raw inside, not undercooked but raw. Unfortunately we are on the road so unable to return it for a refund. It used to be an amazing stop, but the quality has gone way down since the new owner took over.
Went for ice cream tonight and they did not call my number and let it sit there for 30 minutes. Did not replace sundae, so I ate soup and he offered to replace vanilla cone but then said there was no soft serve left. He then proceeded to get a bit out of the machine but said it didn't look nice so he put the cone in a cup and gave me a spoon. Trying to place an online order is impossible. The website doesn't work as it says that it is closed during the winter!
So I had to lose my time by ordering directly.
Ordered a BLT a signature burger and poutine, and the bacon was not even crispy, the fries were chewy, and even the lettuce was brown (I hope it was lettuce)
The ice cream is "ok", but the portion is really poor.
When asking for a manager/owner, there was no one available. What a disaster!
