the service and care and attention here is exceptional!!! everything was so fresh and made to order without any complaint of something left out or missing and due diligence was done for vegetarian meal without me even asking for a change of gloves. best service and food at this tim hortons and i have been all over BC and Alberta !!
Favourite Tim’s location:) staff here are friendly and kind, drive thru is always quick, and drinks are prepped well.
Caveat: I don’t typically get food at Tim’s, so can’t really speak to that aspect.
Have had coffee, London fog, iced Capps, frozen refreshers, creamy chills, and steeped teas here many times and no complaints so far!

My head was full of check lists and as I ordered I forgot to do my usual request for half mayo, however the wonderful lady at the sandwich bar recognized me and my order. She took time to ask me if I would like half the mayo, delighted I said yes pls
