We were driving back to Vancouver when we decided to stop here for lunch. We also needed gas next door and it just made sense to do both at one stop. I was impressed that A&W had expanded their menu to include lattes and smoothies. However, I just ordered a chubby chicken burger as my snack.Most of the tables had food crumbs and needed a good cleaning. We ended up wiping down a table ourselves to use during our meal. *Edit: Closed a couple days a week but this place has come a long way. Although short staffed, the people are still very nice and friendly and the wait times aren't terrible for food that's always fresh.* It is evident that their timers are not used. Do NOT order chicken burgers of any kind after 2pm. Unless you want to break a tooth and like the taste of cardboard. And don't thinking gravy will make it better. Also...watch for hair. A u0026 W has always been a great place to eat and relax while traveling. I understand staffing issues I get it! Only having the drive trough open when you are in a large unit is a pain. Good luck in finding staff.
