I came here one month ago and order on the drive though a tiramisu cold iced brew first time and I loved it. Since then I tried it in different location in Vancouver and in surrey but this one was the best. I am making this comment because my sister just came to this location and validate my opinion that this location has the best iced tiramisu old brew

Generally a good Tim Hortons Location. Service is always friendly. The only downside is that sometimes they are slow to clean up garbage around the exterior of the location. It makes it unwelcoming when you pull into the parking area and see garbage all over. It is not common but more times than should be acceptable by management.

Place looks alright, went a little bit late for work due to me having to come back over a dud coffee, no i dont want just cream in my coffee ? no i dont want to be served by the new guy who's first day just started. Also had to walk in through parking lot that doesn't have pedestrian walk ways so kinda dangerous to walk in when youre dodging vehicles pulling out, all in all bad location and not very great staff
