I've been a fan of Friesen's for many years. However, each time I have been there in the past couple of years I can't help but be turned off by two things. Before I mention them, I must say the food has always been wonderful and the serving staff is lovely. The problems are, very dirty (filthy) floors, especially in the bathroom and the screeching sound of chair legs dragging on the floors as people are being seated and getting up. The latter could be remedied...
What a great atmosphere like eating at (your relative’s who live on a farm) back yard. Come with your appetite! Self serve coffee and water, very friendly staff! Will definitely stop in next time I’m in town!
A perfect, quiet little gem. I’ve always enjoyed this place and with the recent expansion outside for the kids area it adds to already great atmosphere. I took a family of 10 and everyone enjoyed their food with great prices and the in house raspberry lemonade is perfect for a summer day. Enjoy your experience
