We came for lunch today, and it is usually always good. But today it wasn't. We had to repeat the order twice at the drive-thru, trying to tell them it was wrong and once again at the window because it was incorrect. Once we got to the beach to eat, the sweet potato fries were missing- paid for with 2 burgers and onion rings.

Love this place . The burgers are always great and the service is fantastic. The Indian girls who work there are always friendly and accommodating. I went off A&W but about 10 years ago they really changed their game. My favorite fast food burger by far. I had a grandpa bacon cheese I think it was. Opted for onion rings instead of fries and the root beer was cold and better than everywhere else. And I had a coupon so it was $13 with the upgrade. Hot , fast , delicious. Try one

Went here for lunch today for take-out. The pop was flat, soggy buns with way too much sauce and obvious attempt to use up scraps for the veg in the burgers, plus soggy onion rings from not cleaning the fryer and not having the temp hot enough. On top of it, by the time i received my whole order it was cold. Screw this! Done with A&W.

Worst breakfast at this location and we will not return. Sausages although cooked in appearance, were stone cold. Not a little warm but as if they were sitting in ice COLD. Toast was completely white with NO BUTTER. Over easy eggs were popped and fried. When I took back the sausages my breakfast was eaten before sausages returned hot. When I mentioned and showed my white bread with no butter I was told I ordered it that way. AND NO HASH BROWN. The bad taste in my mouth was not just the breakfast but the fact that I paid for it! No compensation. No return.
The whole place needs to be degreased. Tables, condiment area and floors were awful.

I've been here 3 times now and they mess up my order EVERY time. Most recently, I was here at 7am and ordered 2 basic breakfast sandwiches on English muffins. I was the only customer at the drive through. It took 15 minutes to make my 2 breakfast sandwiches, and the girl made them on buns instead of English muffins. By that point I didn't have time to wait another 15 minutes for them to get it right otherwise I'd be late.Now I just drive across town to the A&W on Cliffe. It's literally faster and I my order is right the first time.
