I have to give a star . Don't go here unless you're in drive thur...only way to get service. No be right with you I'll get someone to help nothing. I kindly waited 10 minutes at counter for service and was ignored.. this is the 2nd time. What happened to customer service. A&w was great for that....not no more. Sad because I enjoy the food over McDonald's but at McDonald's I get service

My order was put in wrong today so I got the wrong food. Tried to call them and ask why I got the wrong burger and they said my order was put in wrong. It was their fault for putting in the wrong burger and they said there was nothing they could do. I don't reccomend this place at all, it's not the first time they've gotten my order wrong and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Bought 2 x burgers at 6.30pm. Tasted like eating an old shoe. To top it off, the washroom for men was grubby and in serious need a good scrub and clean. Come on guys you can do better.

They never fold the bags, never give you napkins, don't fill up drinks all the way, make sloppy burgers and their customer service at the counter and in the drive thru completely sucks! I use to work at an A&W and I would NEVER give out the food the way it has been given out, I would never speak to customers the way they do with no manners, no smile and no enthusiasm and dont get me started on them cutting you off at the speaker and not letting you finish ordering!! I would NEVER not fill a cup all the way, give out napkins or not fold the bag. Makes me want to go in there and teach them how to properly do their job!!! They also don't scan coupons so watch for that as well!!

Enjoying a meal at this restaurant is always a pleasure. The friendly staff specially manager Divyanshu consistently provides excellent service. The menu offers a variety of delicious options to satisfy any craving. The comfortable atmosphere makes it a great place to relax and dine. We came for lunch today, and it is usually always good. But today it wasn't. We had to repeat the order twice at the drive-thru, trying to tell them it was wrong and once again at the window because it was incorrect. Once we got to the beach to eat, the sweet potato fries were missing- paid for with 2 burgers and onion rings.
