“Finding a gluten free breakfast on the go is always difficult, but in airports it’s next to impossible. On The Fly has the most delightful gluten free spanakopitas though and I was shocked! They also have oat and almond milk for drinks and they are so kind and genuinely happy. Made for a very happy celiac :) thank you.”

“I would like to give a Huge shout out for the Guthrie rd Comox lo action of Subway. I buy a lot of subway subs all around as I work and travel but the Comox location on Guthrie road is hands down the very best Subway I could ever find and I go out of my way and plan ahead just to have a Sub sandwich made by them. They make very clearly the best subs sandwiches I can find! Nit just the most fillings, but that is true. They also make the very nicest made and best laid out subs I could ask for. I have been buying Subway subs for at least 30yrs now and the Comox location is absolutely stellar! Happy people making the very nicest and best subs I have ever had, hands down! Try them out. I guarantee they will make you happy and make you a super good sub sandwich that can be eaten happily and cleanly and simply enjoyed. I have been saying this for some time now and tonight's turkey breast sub is proof positive! Sandwich artists They are and the mood and atmosphere is always happy ajd joyful. Please give all these people a raise, they definitely deserve recognition and applause!”

“We went for a birthday dinner, as we have been at Martines many times. The restaurant was full as usual on a weekend. Was so noisy that you couldn't have a conversation, the food was very good, but the service was terrible. We ordered wine with our dinner, and it didn't come till we were almost finished our meal. Very disappointed with the evening.”

Food is consistently awesome and great selection of drinks - the atmosphere is your traditional old timey pub feel which makes you feel welcome and cozy the minute you step in. We have loved going here for years as a couple and with family and always enjoy the drink and food. My husband and I had planned to have our anniversary dinner there this week but when he got sick, we decided to do a takeout order...the kind staff wrote a lovely note of well wishes on the takeout bag and added a surprise dessert for our celebration (which was a phenomenal sticky toffee pudding, yum! We were so touched by the thoughtfulness <3). Highly recommend Griffin Pub, great place and great staff!!”

“Everything you would expect form a Tim Hortons. Drive Through line-up can get crazy long at peak times but it tends to move pretty quick.
