“The best pub in the Comox Valley!! Food is consistently awesome and great selection of drinks - the atmosphere is your traditional old timey pub feel which makes you feel welcome and cozy the minute you step in. We have loved going here for years as a couple and with family and always enjoy the drink and food. My husband and I had planned to have our anniversary dinner there this week but when he got sick, we decided to do a takeout order...the kind staff wrote a lovely note of well wishes on the takeout bag and added a surprise dessert for our celebration (which was a phenomenal sticky toffee pudding, yum! We were so touched by the thoughtfulness <3). Highly recommend Griffin Pub, great place and great staff!!“

“This was hands down the best food I had while visiting Vancouver Island!
Everything we ate and drank tasted amazing, the staff were kind, and the atmosphere was great.
Myself and my guests ordered the steak Frites, the pasta of the day, and the fish and chips.
The steak was perfectly tender, the truffle fries were to die for, the pasta was delicious, and the local caught snapper was super fresh. We also ordered the artichoke dip for the table which was the BEST!! We each got two drinks, which were also good.
Even though it’s not cheap, after tip we only spent around $70-$80 each.
Crown Isle 100% worth the visit based off of the restaurant alone. We ate it so fast i don’t even have pictures to attach.“

“I worked there years ago , such great staff ,it gets so busy in there , just be patient with. Them , it gets so stressful for them I know by experience, staff and so many regular customers, I do miss u all , just remember u all became my family also , hugs from Brian“
