“My wife and I stopped for lunch on wing Wednesday I had fish and chips and we shared some honey garlic wings. Everything we had was top notch, I highly recommend going! They also make fresh pizzas that also look amazing. Everything that was coming from the kitchen looked fantastic!“

“A small group of us drop in every couple of weeks for a snack and chat. The servers know us and we joke with them quite a bit. Very good service, friendly, helpful, attentive. We like the new decor; it's more of a pub atmosphere than it was before, and the food is better than average pub fare.“

“We checked into this hotel today and couldn't be happier. The hotel and the rooms are extremely clean (we were in an executive room overlooking the courtyard), and we are very happy with the location, which is right next to all of the shopping. Claire at the front desk was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again the next time we are in Powell River.

Note: I'm not sure how this hotel only has a 3.9 rating. I've read some of the other reviews that say the rooms are dated, but that's so far from the truth. The hallways and rooms are modern and clean. This is an excellent, modern, and clean hotel, the low ratings definitely don't match our experience at all.“
