Ordered a $9 hot chocolate with tip, went to work on my laptop. Server placed the hot chocolate in the serving area and didn’t bother to call out that it’s ready.
Note this was around 7.30 pm and not busy at all with 3 customers. Hot chocolate was cold chocolate.

We love the gelato at Benino's, exploring all the favorites and sometimes new flavours. We also enjoy the small but tasty selection of food on offer, particularly the crepes. The veggie crepe is packed with delicious grilled veggies and cheese making a savoury treat, and the dessert crepe is a sweet treat! Along with fresh custom flavour Italian sodas, it makes for a delicious lunch.

Ice cream is good but the staff don't wash their hands after using the till or wear gloves unless you specifically ask them too

Not sure if it’s just the Island culture, but the two little girls who work here(sept 8th evening) were so unpleasant and could probably use some customer service skills. Was a very confusing experience. Gelatos fine tho

Great place for Gelato and lunch. Can get very busy. Some more staff during busy times would help not to stand in line a long time. 2 scooters.
My nephews enjoyed the ice cream on this hot summer day. My one nephew said 8or 9 out of 10 on a scale of 1-10. Not really know why the decrease in points.
