“Understanding restaurant and the industry as much as I do I can see a fair standing point of only having 1 person on for slow days. However that cost vs the cost of a customer being satisfied should never be outweighed.Regardless of probably more than the countless times of being slammed with orders of drinks and food, it's quite appreciated to see that even when being overwhelmed still service is applied with smile.
