If you’re looking for a great place to have sandwiches or soup, the Comox Soup Shack is definitely the place to go! The Staff is really nice and friendly as well. I definitely recommend it.
Went to the Comox Soup Shack to get soup and they were out of soup 2 hours before closing. My friend said the only 2 times he's gone there, they've been out of soup. Maybe they should be making more soup if this is an issue? I've heard it's good when they have it. I specifically drove there to get their soup lol. Maybe I'll try to go earlier next time??
Independent grocery had some good hot chicken noodle soup thankfully next door.
Thought I should warn people if they expect soup there when they go like I was since this might be something that happens often? Guess that means the soups good ?
Me and my family love the soup shack! I have tried many things on their menu, including almost all their soups, and am joyfully delighted to be able to say that I have enjoyed everyone single one!
And it’s not just the soups that are absolutely splendid, they also have the best chocolate cake I have ever had, as well as the best scones I have ever had!
An added bonus with the soups is that they each come with a biscuit, and they are very delicious, especially when dipped in the soup.
There is plenty of seating for customers of the soup shack, I have always been able to find a table to sit at, whether I’m eating there, or taking out.
They also have delicious sandwiches, which are humongous and could feed at least 2 people. They are truly delectable.
Overall, I would highly recommend the soup shack to anyone and everyone, no matter whether you are a soup lover or not. Everything is absolutely mouthwateringly brilliant.

The soup is amazing! The staff is very friendly but it is often busy so expect to wait. There are plenty of tables in the mall hallway to eat but this is a take out restaurant. The desserts and treats are the best in town. The sandwiches are also good but the treats and the soup are better. Unless they have the meatloaf sandwich. If they have that, you should get it. Mushroom soup is my favourite and I don’t normally like mushroom soup. You will not be disappointed if you try this place! It is amazing!

Thank you Soup Shack for your excellent service today going above & beyond to get soup to my daughter working across the hall from you!!! I understand the soup wasn’t ready when I purchased but your willingness to slip it over to her was greatly appreciated & obviously not a service that I expect!! (I regret not getting the name of the cashier serving me) Thank you so much!

The sandwiches are delicious and massive - they feed two people or last for 2 meals. All of the soups I have tried are also delicious. Just had the veggies and chicken sandwich for lunch and I could not believe the amount of veg on it (in a good way).

What!? Another 5 star review!? This place is 10/10. rueban was out of this world
Fantastic place. Sonya went out of her way to provide lunches, outside of her regular operating hours. Even catered to dietary needs. Food was great! No complaints.

I’ve tried this place twice now and the prices are insane and the customer service is terrible. Today I picked up an order for work and they refused to give me a receipt. They said because I was paying cash they don't ring it through the till and she can’t give me any proof of purchase or any record/breakdown of my order. She was very condescending and rude in her tone the whole time which is how I was spoken too last time I came here and now Im regetting giving them a second chance.

best.soup.ever. even if you don't like soup. you will love this soup!!!! I dream of steak and mushroom, dill pickle and thai prawn
Amazing food and soup, the sausage rolls are my absolute favorite. But be warned the prices sneak up on you if you order lots at once but for the most part the food is worth it once and a while

I look almost every day on the Facebook page to see the soups for the day. I have never gotten a soup I don’t like and I am quite a picky eater.
