I just ordered a junior chicken from this location.
Patty was very dry . It felt like they were holding it from atleast 4-5 hours and i could barely see any sauce on the bun
Worst experience ever had from mcad . I would recommend a&w near this location it is way much better than this one

What a mess. Tried eating in with my kids but all the tables that weren't occupied (about half) were covered in garbage or mess. The only reasonably clean table was occupied by a staff member. I'm a pretty tolerant person and get that staff shortages and staff breaks are real, but that's not my issue. I opted to just leave and asked to switch to takeout. The manager charged me 28 cents for a paper bag even after I mentioned that I'd planned on staying and why I was leaving. Terrible service.

Small but nice little spot. Drive thru is fast and inside is always clean when I sit in with my niece. The food is McDonalds so good for what it is, but what’s really great about this location is the staff and customer service. Always fast, friendly, smiling and they always greet me. Happy customer.

I don't have a problem with the food or staff, but the physical location itself is horrible. Customers coming out of the store have to walk in front of cars coming out at the drive through which has a huge blind spot. The entrance to the drive through is right beside the exit of the Tim Hortons drive through and there is not a lot of space for cars to drive by especially if other cars are parked. I imagine the food delivery drivers hate making deliveries here too. It's unfortunate that there's nothing they can do about it.

Just absurd that it took them 1 min to make my food which was stale and practically cold for 7am and then I asked for a pumpkin latte and they ask me to pull forward and that took nearly 8 mins to get a latte?! Common ?

If I had a minus or 0 score I would give that, worst customer service ever!!! Even managers have no manners to talk to people,

So I ordered on skip, today at 10:32 pm waited for almost an hour for my order and guess what I get a call at 11:22pm from a manager at this location who was super rude have no manners to talk, telling me I don’t have your stuff that your ordered you have to cancel it or I will cancel it?? I was in shock with the way he talked!!! Is this your customer service McDonalds????? Frst of all you are not providing my order made me wait for an hour then u call and tell me to cancel the order!!??? And look at the way you are talking???? Thats ridiculous!!!! On confronting why is he talking me like that and who is the manager say very proudly says he is the manager!!! Well mr manager you don’t deserve this role if you don’t have basic manners to talk to people!!! And didn’t even gave me his name even!! I told him I am driving down to the restaurant, then he even removes his name tag??? Like really??? There was other staff too, who was respectful but this guy was still arrogant and rude when I came to the restaurant?? Even after driving to the restaurant and asking multiple times they still didn’t gave him his name!!! But the other staff that was there one of them had the name tag on and his name is Toby you can ask him who was that manager if you care a little bit for your customerss!!!! But this is the worst service I have seen!!!!
